What’s Covered?

✔ Fading & Tarnishing: Your piece won’t turn green, dull, or lose its finish. If it does, we’ll replace it.

✔ Manufacturing Defects: If your piece arrives with any defects, we’ll make it right.

✔ Breakage Under Normal Wear: If your piece fails due to regular use, we’ll replace it.

What’s Not Covered?

✘ Intentional Damage: If you run it over, melt it, or take a sword to it—respect the piece.

✘ Lost or Stolen Items: We protect the piece, but we can’t track it down if it goes missing.

✘ Unreasonable Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, or damage from extreme use aren’t covered.
